"During the past four years I have been a volunteer with the Fairygodmother Foundation at Chicago Special Events' Summer Festivals. I never would have thought that contributing a couple of hours of my time would be so fulfilling. The few hours I dedicate to working at the street festivals help to give someone who is facing terminal illness an opportunity for peace, closure, and cherished memories.
